Mortgage - all monies all the lands and premises and estate comprised in an indenture of conveyance and assignment dated 7TH september 2001 made between james clow & company limited of the one part and rossorry developments limited of the other part and more particularly described therein which said lands and premises are situate at and known as princes dock street/pilot street, belfast, county antrim.

Mortgage - all monies premises at princes dock street, short street and pilot street belfast comprised in conveyance and assignment made the 7TH day of september 2001 between james clow & company limited of the one part and the mortgagor of the other part.

Mortgage deed - all monies all that the premises comprised in an indenture of conveyance and assignment dated 7TH september 2001 made between james clow & co limited and the company which premises are situate at prince's dock street, short street and pilot street, belfast and are more particulary described in the said indenture of conveyance and assignment and shown for the purposes of identification only edged with red line on the plan annexed thereto.

The lands and premises comprised in and coveyed by a conveyance dated 13TH march 1998 and made between gerald p mcburk(1) and compound developments limited (now called rossorry developments limited)(2) being a plot of land situate on the east of sligo road, enniskillen in the townlands of rossorry and coleshill, barony of magheraboy and county fermanagh.

All monies debenture the companys undertaking property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including goodwill and uncalled capital. The charge shall as regards all estate or interest legal or equitable in all freehold or lease- hold property all profits a prendre ease ments rights of way rights under coven- ants agreements undertakings and indem- nities and rights to compensation stat- utory or otherwise or income attaching thereto which shall at any time here- after during the continuance of this security become the property of the company and all present and future proceeds of insurance receivable by the company and its goodwill and uncalled capital for the time being be a specific charge and as regards all free- hold or leasehold property shall con- stitute a legal mortgage and shall as regards the other property hereby charged be a floating security but so that the company shall not be at liberty to create any mortgage or charge ranking in priority to or pari passu with these presents or sell or assign or grant any license to occupy any of the properties hereby charged without the prior written consent of the bank. The debenture further provides that the company shall not without the prior written consent of the bank assign or charge its book debts.
