(ii) f/h land & buildings on the east of bonhay rd and to the south of tudor st, exeter and all other estates, rights & interest in the land to the east of bonhay rd, (including all fittings & fixtures & fixed plant & machinery (thereon) (iii) all the estate & interest of the company in any f/h & l/h property except that in (I) and (ii) now or at any time during the continuance of the charge owned, acquired by or charged to the compana floating charge over the undertaking and all property and assets present and future.
