By way of fixed equitable charge all debts purchased or purported to be purchased by the security holder pursuant to an agreement for the purchase of debts between the security holder and the company (including associated rights relating thereto) which fail to vest effectively or absolutely in the security holder for any reason.

All goods chattels and other property and/or title or other documents relating to or representing the same which are now or hereafter either in the banks possession or warehoused or stored in the banks name or in the name of the banks agent or nominee or received by deposited or lodged with transferred to or otherwise held by the bank or to the order or under the control of the bank or the banks agent or nominee. By way of first fixed charge all monies held from time to time held to the credit of the mortgagor by the bank on any current deposit or other account or accounts which the mortgagor may now or hereafter have with the bank or under any deposit receipt.
