Hadi MANSOURI is an involved person under the Iran (Sanctions) Regulations 2023 because he is and has been involved in the commission of serious human rights violations in Iran, namely being responsible for and engaging in serious violations of the right to freedom of expression, the right not to be subject to cruel, degrading or inhuman punishment and the right to a fair trial through his role as presiding judge of Branch 4 of the Revolutionary Courts of Mashhad. |
