Vladimir Petrovich Kolbin (hereafter KOLBIN) is a Russian businessman and General Director of Gelendzhik Seaport LLC. Gelendzhik Seaport LLC is a company that has invested heavily into the infrastructure of the Gelendzhik Seaport. It is therefore a company that is carrying on business in a sector of strategic significance to the Government of Russia, namely the transport sector. KOLBIN is an individual who is carrying on business in a sector of strategic significance to the Government of Russia, through his position as General Director. KOLBIN is therefore obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia.
