Yevgeniy GLOTOV (hereafter referred to as GLOTOV) is the deputy director of Newsfront. Newsfront is a news organisation known for publishing disinformation about the war against Ukraine, thus supporting and promoting actions which destabilise Ukraine. By virtue of his role and actions GLOTOV is both engaging in, supporting and promoting policies and/or actions which destabilise Ukraine.
