A speicific charge on the uncalled capital and f/hold and l/hold property floating charge over the undertaking and goodwill and all its property assets and rights whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future. An assignment of the goodwill and connection of the business or businesses carried on upon any of the said premises and the benefit of all licences (if any) held in connection therewith. All the f/hold and l/hold properties comprised in conveyance and assignment dated 29 nov. 1919 between frank morley of the one part and the company the other part, except the f/hold premises no. 13 in the schedule of such conveyance and assignment, short particulars of such properties being set out in the schedule to doc. No. 16, all of which property is situate in newport, isle of wight, with all the fixed and moveable plant, machinery and fixtures, implements and utensils present and future (please see doc. No. 16).
