Additionally, SHIKOLENKO remains associated with, a person who is or has been so involved, by reason of his continuing service in the GRU. The relevant cyber activity in which SHIKOLENKO is or has been involved undermines, or was intended to undermine, the integrity, prosperity or security of the United Kingdom or a country other than the United Kingdom.
