Armed separatist group which has taken part in combat activity and has actively supported actions which undermine the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine and to further destabilise Ukraine. These actions include occupation of City Hall in Donetsk; an assault assault on the army positions at Krasnohorivka, which took the lives of three Ukrainian soldiers; repulsion of Kiev troops in Donetsk and being reportedly part of the so-called "1st Army Corps" of the "Donetsk People's Republic". The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023. |
