Alexey KOZAK is an involved person within the under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (“Russia Regulations”) because he is the son of Dmitry Kozak, who was designated by the UK Government on 31 December 2020. Accordingly, as his son (and thereby being an "immediate family member" for purposes of the Russia Regulations: regulation 6(6) and 7(d) of the Russia Regulations), Alexey KOZAK meets designation criteria pursuant to regulation 6(2)(d) of the Russia Regulations.
The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
