AEROSCAN is an involved person under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. AEROSCAN is engaged in the development, production, and supply of military equipment, namely drones, to the Russian military. AEROSCAN has made available goods or technology that could contribute to destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine, and has been involved in obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia by carrying on business in the strategically important defence sector.
