Oleg Vyacheslavovich KARPUSHIN is or has been an involved person under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 on the following ground: Oleg Vyacheslavovich KARPUSHIN is involved in obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia by working as a general director of Arctic LNG 2 Limited Liability Company, an entity that is carrying on business in a sector of strategic significance to the Government of Russia, namely the Russian energy sector.
