Alexander PUSHKOV (hereafter ‘PUSHKOV’) is an involved person under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 on the following ground: PUSHKOV is or has been involved in destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine, through his ownership or control directly or indirectly, and his working as a director (whether executive or non-executive), trustee, or other manager or equivalent of a person, other than an individual, making available funds, economic resources, goods or technology, that could contribute to destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine.
