Miguel Antonio Muñoz Palacios is an involved person through his role as the Deputy Director of the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service. He is and has been involved in the commission of serious human rights violations and abuses, including the use of sexual and gender-based violence. He commissioned torture, killings and the arbitrary detention of opposition members and civil society before and after the disputed July 2024 presidential elections.
